Shipping Rates and Time

L.I.T Jewelry Collection, LLC is only accepting online orders to shipping addresses within the United States,  and currently do not ship Internationally. To ensure secure delivery of your order L.I.T Jewelry Collection does not ship orders to PO/APO Boxes. L.I.T Jewelry Collection can accept PO Box addresses for your billing needs only.

After placing your order allow 1-3 business days for processing on any order. Out of Stock Items allow 5-7 business days. Backordered items allow 7-10 business days.

Once your order has been shipped you will be sent an email confirmation.

Cancellations  should be made within 24hrs of placing your order.

For delivery within the United States, the following charges apply:

Ground Shipping: Free with $75 or more purchase 

Please allow 2-8 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

2-day shipping 

Orders placed before 3:00PM PST MONDAY THRU FRIDAY WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS once orders are processed 

Next day Shipping

Orders placed before 1:00PM PST MONDAY THRU FRIDAY WILL BE DELIVERED NEXT BUSINESS DAY BY 430PM once orders are processed 

Return Policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 and any of its variants as well as Monkey Pox we are unable to accept returns at this time until further notice 

To start a return, you can contact us at sheislit1118@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
